Privacy policy
The short version: no cookies, no tracking, no accounts. We count visits with a cookie-free statistics tool, and only ever see totals. The quiz runs entirely in your browser; your answers never leave your device.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we process and why
Visiting the website
Like every website, ours is delivered by a server. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page you request and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider acts as our processor and keeps these logs only as long as needed for that purpose.
Cloudflare is based in the United States and runs servers worldwide, so this data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare explains how it handles that, and the safeguards it uses, in its privacy policy.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and which website sent them. When a page loads, a small script from Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com) sends that page view to Cloudflare. Cloudflare states that it "does not use any client-side state, such as cookies or localStorage" for this, and that it doesn't "fingerprint" individuals via their IP address or browser details (Cloudflare Web Analytics). We only see totals, never individual visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful, so we can improve the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Blocking the script, for example with an ad blocker, doesn't change anything else on the site.
E-mails you send us
If you e-mail us, for example with the "Report outdated info" button, we process your e-mail address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to check your report, fix the site and, if needed, reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the information on this site accurate (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete these e-mails within 12 months.
3. What we don't do
- No cookies and no similar technologies such as local storage for tracking.
- No tracking pixels, no ad trackers, and no third-party scripts other than Cloudflare's cookie-free statistics.
- No profiling, no automated decision-making, and we never sell personal data.
- Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so visiting this site doesn't send your IP address to Google or other font services.
4. Links to other websites
We link to the official websites of AI companies and to our sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies; we're not responsible for what they do.
5. Advertising
There are currently no ads on this site. Before we add any, we'll update this policy, and where the law requires it, we'll ask for your consent first.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. E-mail corrections@whichaishouldibuy.com and we'll respond within one month.
7. Complaints
If you think we handle your data incorrectly, please contact us first. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
8. Changes
We'll update this page when anything changes. The date at the bottom of the page shows the latest version.
